Maybe they like the safety and security that the eyeglass holder brings them, they know that their glasses are safer in a holder than not, and so they purchase one. Maybe they like always having a place to put their glasses and like the fact that it will be unlikely that they will lose them if they are in a holder. If you know this information, you will be better prepared to sell your products to your customers, and hopefully increase your profits in the process.
